Spar Club Sandwich


Recipe for Spar Club Sandwich

A layered deli-style sandwich featuring chicken and cheese flavoured with pesto and red onion.

Prep Time: 12-15 minutes



  • SPAR Premium Wholegrain Bread
  • SPAR Olive Medium Fat Spread
  • Basil pesto
  • SPAR Shaved Chargrilled Chicken
  • SPAR Mature Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • SPAR French Vingarette Salad Dressing
  • SPAR Smooth Cream Cheese
  • Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Tomato, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Rocket leaves
  • SPAR Olives, pitted and halved
  • SPAR Mixed Peppercorns


  1. Toast the slices of SPAR Premium Wholegrain Bread and spread with SPAR Olive Medium Fat Spread and then with basil pesto.
  2. Layer the sandwich with the onion, lettuce, rocket, SPAR cream cheese and tomato.
  3. Sprinkle with SPAR French Vinaigrette Salad Dressing and then carefully arrange the chicken or slices of cheese on top.
  4. Sprinkle with a few green peppercorns or serve with a few olives.
